Payment
Email me what style you like and what pieces you are interested in and I'll send you a quote.  Once you approve the price, I'll email you an invoice and you can pay online with PayPal or a major credit card.  Once payment is received, I'll start work on your custom jewelry made exactly to your specifications!  Click here to send me an email.

Time for Completion
Jewelry pictured on this site are examples of styles I have made and sold.  Once I receive your order, I will obtain the beads/stones for your particular pieces and make them to your specifications.  Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for arrival of your jewelry.  If you need something sooner, please let me know and I'll be happy to help you if I can.

Custom Options
If you would like something made other than the options shown on my site, just email me your request and I'll send you a free quote.  Once you approve the price, I'll email you an invoice.  Click here to send me an email.

Variations
Because I am making these pieces as you order them, there may be slight differences in the actual beads/stones used to create your jewelry.  If for some reason a material becomes unavailable or I have to make a substitution that will noticeably change the design, I will contact you prior to completion and allow you to decide whether I should complete your order or not.

Shipping
I use priority mail from the US Postal service.  If you would like to pay for overnight or 2 day shipping, I'm happy to accommodate you.  Email me and I'll send you an invoice for the additional charge.

Returns
If you are unhappy with a piece of jewelry, I will do my best to make it right.  If I'm unable to resolve the situation to your satisfaction, I will issue a full refund as long as the item is returned within the first 30 days.
